About Me

Hi! I’m Alesha.

I’m a digital marketer, brand strategist, and content creator blending data and creativity to deliver measurable results.

Education

I’ve always loved the intersection of people, data, creativity, and travel. That passion inspired me to study Marketing at Georgia State University and specialize in digital strategy, branding, and analytics to help brands grow and connect across diverse audiences

Career

My journey with marketing began in high school, when I first realized how much creativity, strategy, and people skills could come together to make an impact.

During college at Georgia State University, I built that passion into hands-on experience. At Buckle Inc., I developed and executed a marketing plan that boosted sales by 12.95% in three months and sharpened my skills in merchandising, training, and customer engagement. At Grady Hospital, I led a team of interns in brand research, market positioning, and campaign development, presenting recommendations directly to senior leadership.

I also supported a seasonal small business, creating its logo and running seasonal promotions — a project that showed me how branding and storytelling can shape customer trust from the ground up. My love of traveling expanded my perspective when I studied abroad in South Africa in Summer 2024, completing an Economics and International Business program where I consulted with startups on growth strategies and market development. Programs like WomenLead 2.0 further strengthened my leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Today, I see myself as a data-driven, digitally skilled marketer with strengths in campaign execution, branding, and analytics. I’m passionate about using tools like SEO, AI-powered marketing, and digital content creation to balance creativity with measurable results.

Looking ahead, my career goal is to collaborate with strategic creatives who are just as curious and driven as I am, and to build marketing strategies that not only grow businesses but also create meaningful connections with people.
